Southwest Airlines “Micro Stories” - Social Campaign

In the fall of 2017, we partnered with Austin-based agency GSD&M to produce and shoot a series of ads for Southwest Airlines' "Behind Every Seat Is A Story" campaign. 

The emotional pull? Showcase the unique, deeply human reasons for flying—relationships, adventures, freedom. 

The strategic challenge? Shoot in as few locations as possible while still making each spot feel totally different. 

Determined to be as efficient as possible, our NYC based video production company scouted a single Austin location with enough versatility to produce 8 individual commercial spots. We assembled a whip-smart, fast-working crew and worked in a waterfall effect—while shooting in one area our crew was on the opposite side of the same location setting up the next shot! 

In the end, we managed to bring Aruba, Italy, an airline seat, and Mom's house, all to a sunlit home in Austin.
