Southwest Airlines - ‘Wanna Get Away?’ Social Campaign Videos

To produce these hilarious, all-too-relatable videos of people trying to escape awkward situations, our NYC production company partnered with Austin-based agency GSD&M for Southwest Airlines' "Wanna Get Away?" campaign. 

Meant to run mainly as Instagram Story ads, achieving a seamlessly organic look and style for these videos was our main priority. Our director and DP laid out every shot in a POV style, using a camera rig attached to the actors to seamlessly make the spots look as “un-produced” as possible, and self-captured when needed. Lending to a unique style of video production and a blending of UGC and polished product.

Having homegrown relationships with local Austin vendors and companies like Aduro gave us the freedom and flexibility to roam Austin in search of the best views and locations, allowing these ads to range from riverside views to backyard pools, and everywhere in between.
